Voice broadcasting feature of DSS DL-317 GSM Voice Terminal allows user to send prerecorded voice message to multiple phone numbers automatically. We have made Bulk-Voice Features very easy with our user friendly & powerful GSM Voice terminal and it’s GUI. This feature is useful for product promotions & marketing , customer feedback ,survey, Election campaign, payment reminder and so on.
IVR base Call Routing
IVR Base call Routing feature is accompanied with Prerecorder IVR message. This facilitates routing of business calls automatically based on callers’ input from 0 to 9 digits . Thus, the calls are connected to the right departments or right agents mobile number instantly without any human intervention. The process also reduces callers’ waiting time and enhances overall on-call customer experience. (This feature is based on conference. It work if conference facility provided by mobile operators in your country)
Click to Call
Dialing a number or remember old one number is always a cumbersome task. Click to call feature of DL-317 meet the requirement of market and it’s refers to ability to import the contact list in excel file from your system. Once excel file uploaded chose any contact from DSS window base software with dynamic searching facility and make a call with single click or dail manually new number from software and save by name in phone book .It’s automatically updated in click to call list
Speed dial
DSS DL-317 GSM Voice Terminal offers speed dial facility for a hundred numbers vary from 0 to 99. It allows user to establish a call by just pressing a single or double key. The user can update these short keys by management software provided along with this model.
Incoming call Pop-Up screen
This Call pop-Up is a capability used by agents or by the front desk that enables them to access customer information for every incoming call through a pop-up screen that summarises important customer details. Call pop helps agents to get the most important information about the caller before they pick up the call and can add current remarks if required . It’s a perfect tool to manage customers data in efficient way and reduce average handle times for every incoming call.

DL-317 Voice Recording Device (GSM Voice Terminal) has provision of In-built 320000 mins of call recording .it allows customer to record phone conversations into on-board SD card automatically. It also allows users to manage all stored recordings and information with its Advance User-Friendly window base management software. (Optional)
